Conference (track) papers are presented either orally or as posters, during the conference technical sessions, and workshop papers are presented orally during workshop sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While preparing the camera-ready version, the manuscript should be revised thoroughly according to the recommendations and suggestions of reviewers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final camera-ready version should be formatted according to the IEEE two-column conference format. Compliance of the PDF file with the IEEE format should be certified using <a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/account\/login\">IEEE PDF eXpress\u00ae<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1: Revise the manuscript and generate the corresponding PDF file<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manuscripts must be prepared using the official IEEE conference templates, available at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates\">https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2: Generate a certified PDF from IEEE PDF eXpress\u00ae<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you don\u2019t have one, create an account on IEEE PDF eXpress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/account\/login\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"252\" height=\"73\" src=\"https:\/\/dei.fe.up.pt\/ieee-isc2-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/99\/2026\/08\/pdf-express.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-533\" style=\"width:250px;height:auto\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter conference ID: &nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>70343X<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a new title and continue as prompted. A confirmation will be displayed and emailed to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you receive the message \u201cSuccess &#8211; File has been converted successfully\u201d then download and save the certified PDF. If not, then correct the issues and submit for certification again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3: Submit IEEE copyright form electronically<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On <a href=\"https:\/\/edas.info\/\">EDAS<\/a>, navigate to your accepted paper page and locate the copyright submission link: search the page for \u201cCopyright\u201d and click the symbol \u00a9 .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternatively, you can access the page<br>https:\/\/edas.info\/addCopyright.php?m=&lt;number_of_your_paper&gt;, where &lt;number_of_your_paper&gt; should be replaced with the EDAS # of your paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also, you will be prompted to submit the electronic copyright form while trying to upload the final paper, if the copyright hasn\u2019t been submitted already.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4: Add a presenter for the paper<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Before uploading the manuscript, you need to first name the presenter. On <a href=\"https:\/\/edas.info\/\">EDAS<\/a>, navigate to your accepted paper page, search for \u201cPresented\u201d and add one of the authors as the presenter who will present the work at the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5: Submit the final (camera-ready) manuscript<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On <a href=\"https:\/\/edas.info\/\">EDAS<\/a>, navigate to your accepted paper page and select the option to upload the \u201cFinal manuscript.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm whether your have checked that the authors listed in the manuscript are the same as the current list of authors on the paper record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the PDF file certified at Step 2, and select \u201cUpload PDF.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><s>Contribution Submission<\/s><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong><span style=\"color:#ba0c2f\">All calls for contributions are closed!<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All contributions to the IEEE ISC2 2026 are to be submitted and managed through the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/edas.info\/N35277\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EDAS platform<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authors submitting manuscripts are required to select the appropriate <strong>thematic track, special track, or workshop<\/strong> within EDAS and follow the corresponding submission guidelines. To be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings, all papers submitted to thematic tracks, special tracks, and workshops must comply with the <strong>Manuscript Preparation<\/strong> instructions provided below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At least one co-author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and attend in person to present the work. Please note that <strong>accepted papers can only be uploaded upon completion of a full registration<\/strong>, and each full registration allows for the upload of up to <strong>two papers<\/strong> (track or workshop papers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For proposals related to <strong>special tracks, workshops, tutorials, and exhibitions<\/strong>, there is no predefined template. Proposers should consult the respective calls for detailed instructions and select the appropriate submission category on EDAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We warmly encourage you to contribute to IEEE ISC2 2026 and look forward to your submissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/edas.info\/N35277\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\" noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"245\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/dei.fe.up.pt\/ieee-isc2-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/99\/2026\/04\/EDAS-submission-icon-245x300-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-305\" style=\"width:120px;height:auto\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manuscript Preparation (Track Papers and Workshop Papers)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All manuscripts submitted to IEEE ISC2 2026 (including track papers, special track papers, and workshop papers) will undergo a rigorous peer-review process in accordance with the high-quality standards of IEEE conferences. The review process is single-blind, therefore authors\u2019 identity and affiliations should be included in the paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accepted papers that are presented at the conference will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and will be eligible for consideration in the journal special issues associated with the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authors are kindly requested to carefully follow the instructions and recommendations below when preparing their manuscripts for submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IEEE Templates and PDF Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manuscripts must be prepared using the official IEEE conference templates, available at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternatively, authors may use the IEEE template provided on Overleaf: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.overleaf.com\/latex\/templates\/ieee-conference-template\/grfzhhncsfqn\">https:\/\/www.overleaf.com\/latex\/templates\/ieee-conference-template\/grfzhhncsfqn<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submissions must be in PDF format, using US Letter page size, PDF version 1.4 or higher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The PDF file must be searchable, with all fonts embedded, and must not be password-protected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The recommended paper length for <u><strong>full track papers<\/strong> is <strong>6 pages<\/strong><\/u>. A maximum of 8 pages is permitted; however, up to 2 additional pages beyond the 6-page recommended length may be accepted subject to the payment of additional page charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The recommended paper length for <u><strong>workshop papers<\/strong> is <strong>between 4 and 5 pages<\/strong><\/u>. A maximum of 6 pages is permitted; however, up to 1 additional page beyond 5-page recommended length may be accepted subject to the payment of additional page charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The IEEE template includes a placeholder (fake) copyright notice in the bottom-left corner of the first page.
