Criteria used for candidates selection is based on:
- Evaluation of the presented diplomas, including classification marks. Candidates must own a Master Degree or a University Second Cycle from schools and in scientific areas that can be recognized as valid by the Program Scientific Committee.
- Professional or Scientific Curriculum, including competences that can be recognized as relevant and appropriate by the Scientific Committee.
