EUREKATHON is a data-driven competition that addresses societal issues
associated with sustainable development goals. If you are a student or
professional from the emerging areas of data science and business
analytics you are welcomed and encouraged to participate in Eurekathon.

In this year’s competition, we will partner with Câmara Municipal de
Matosinhos [2] and CEiiA [3] to address the topic of sustainable cities,
one of the 17 societal issues associated with the United Nations’
sustainable development goals [4].

How it will happen ❓

???????? The main competition will take place from 12th to 14th
November, on a virtual platform, fully customized for this event. To
help you with the task, we have put together a team of mentors and
experts who will be there to boost your result.

We will also provide you some social online activities, talks,
workshops, and fun challenges to give you an incredible experience.

???? In the end, finalist teams will have the opportunity to present
their work at a physical event, if possible, on 20th November, and a
monetary prize will be awarded to the 3 winners.
