IEEE ISC2 2026 is an in-person event, and the registration platform will open soon. All accepted contributions, including full track papers and workshop papers, require at least one registered author to attend the conference and present the work in person.
The following conditions apply to the different registration types:
- Conference registrations marked with [1] cover the upload of up to two papers (either full track papers or workshop papers).
- Conference registrations include access to all conference sessions, workshops, tutorials, lunches and coffee breaks, and the social events (Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner).
- Workshop/Tutorial Day registrations marked with [2] cover the upload of up to two workshop papers.
- Workshop/Tutorial Day registrations include access to all workshops and tutorials, lunches and coffee breaks, and the Welcome Reception on the first day of the conference only.
- Students must provide proof of their student status.
- Companion registration grants access only to the social programme, including the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner.
- The recommended length for full track papers is 6 pages. The maximum length permitted is 8 pages, subject to an additional page charge of €100 per page beyond the initial 6 pages.
- The recommended length for workshop papers is 4–5 pages. The maximum length permitted is 6 pages, subject to an additional page charge of €100 for the sixth page.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by 15 October 2026. Approved cancellations will be subject to an administrative fee of €125. For full track papers and workshop papers, at least one registered author must attend the conference and present the work in person. Contributions included in the final programme but not presented at the conference will be removed from publication and indexing eligibility.
