Call for Exhibition Proposals
IEEE ISC2 2026 invites proposals for Exhibitions from industry, municipalities, and organisations wishing to showcase innovative smart city solutions, demonstrators, and real-world applications.
The exhibition programme provides a unique opportunity to bridge research and practice, enabling direct interaction between academia, industry, public authorities, and society. Exhibitors will present cutting-edge technologies, implemented solutions, and operational systems addressing real urban challenges.
Submission Guidelines
Exhibition proposals should be submitted in PDF format and include:
- Scope and goals (max. 200 words), describing the relevance and objectives of the exhibition
- List of keywords/topics (up to 12)
- Short bios of presenters or description of the organisation/municipality
- Contact details of the proposers
- Expected format (e.g. physical prototypes, software demonstrations, videos, interactive systems)
Submissions will be handled electronically through EDAS. Further information will be available soon.
