Call for Tutorial Proposals
IEEE ISC2 2026 invites proposals for Tutorials addressing key tools, methodologies, technologies, and theoretical frameworks relevant to smart cities. Tutorials are designed as educational and hands-on sessions, offering structured learning experiences for both newcomers and experienced researchers and practitioners.
They play an essential role in disseminating knowledge, promoting best practices, and supporting capacity building within the smart cities community.
Submission Guidelines
Tutorial proposals should be submitted in PDF format and include:
- Scope and goals (max. 200 words), outlining the tutorial’s significance and learning objectives
- List of topics/syllabus modules (up to 12)
- Short bios of the lecturers
- Expected format (lectures, hands-on sessions, tools, software, etc.)
- Logistical requirements (e.g. whether participants need to bring laptops)
- Expected duration (full day, half day, half morning, or half afternoon)
Submissions will be handled electronically through EDAS. Further information will be available soon.
